- Tracked international shipping for handmade items is included in this price
- Shipping cost for merchandise will be calculated at checkout
- Express international shipping option is available at checkout
- Handmade items are fulfilled and delivered from Singapore or Japan
- Merchandise are fulfilled and delivered from Japan, United States, United Kingdom, or Australia.
✿ Delivery time
- International mail might be delayed due to external factors such as global issues, weather conditions, or force majeure. Please allow extra time for your orders to arrive.
- Order processing time: 1-4 business days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays)
- Estimated international shipping: 1-4 business weeks (excluding Japan national holidays)
- For faster shipping, please upgrade to express shipping.
✿ Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
- We do not accept returns or exchanges of handmade preorders. Please make sure your order is final and with the correct information required. For more information, please visit our Refund Policy page.
- If you wish to cancel your order, please cancel within 24 hours upon placing your order.
- After your package has been shipped out, we are no longer able to arrange a cancellation and refund.
✿ Refunds
- We do not refund lost tracked packages. However, we will gladly send you (1) new package of the same item(s) or replacement items of equivalent value.
- We can only resend once per lost tracked order.
- If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service info@katsukintakamura.com within 24 hours upon receiving your package. Please provide photos/videos as evidence. Depending on the circumstance, customers may be eligible either for a partial refund or a product replacement.
*Customer will be responsible for paying a reshipping fee.
✿ Customs, VAT Charges
- Customers are responsible for paying any VAT or customs fee that your country may charge upon arrival of your package.
- We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

✿ Checking Order Status
- For standard (untracked) shipping method, we are unable to check your order's whereabouts. Please wait up to 3 months for international mail to arrive. *In some countries, your local post office may leave you a notice to pick up the package.
- For tracked shipping, feel free to message us with your full name and order # for assistance.
✿ Incorrect Address / Shipping Info
- Please make sure to put the correct name and shipping address before placing your order.
- After packages have been shipped out, we can no longer change addresses and other information.
✿ Combining Orders
- We are unable to combine handmade goods orders with manufactured goods at this time. Kindly double check your cart before placing an order.
✿ Lost Packages
- Untracked packages: Unfortunately, we are unable to replace/refund untracked packages that get lost in transit as stated in our shipping policies
- Tracked packages: We do not refund lost tracked packages but we do reship them once per order (customer is responsible for reshipping fee).
✿ Payment Options
- Currently, we are able to accept payments via ShopPay, PayPal, and GPay.

- US $15-$20 for worldwide tracked shipping
