This website design service pricing depends on:

Website builder (e.g. Shopify)
Type of website (e.g. portfolio, online shop)
Complexity of website (e.g. sales funnel)
Speed of completion: 24 hours, 3 days, 1 week
Connecting domains required (or client can connect their website domain by themselves)
Additional coding required (the client may be referred to another web designer if the project is too complex)

Conditions:

Clients must provide their own copywriting, images and videos at the commencement of the project.
Please make a deposit of 50% on the commencement of the service. (e.g. 50% of $400 = $200), and the rest of the total value by the complete fulfilment of service (after the website is fully accessible to the public).
Unlimited revision for the first month, $100/month on subsequent unlimited support.
Non-monetary trade is NOT accepted as a collateral for payment of services. Any potential features or collaborations will be arranged as a separate project with written and signed agreement.
I will personally show the client how to build and edit their website so they can become independent in future minor editing.
Clients are free to edit their website while the service is in progress, but editing of technical systems such as coding are not advisable as it might hinder the speed and quality of the website.
Payment of services are final and non-refundable.
Clients may choose to join the referral program, where both you and the referred gets 10% off each on the next service.

Process:

During the first meeting, the client will list their requirements of the website.
If the project is too complex or budget is too small, the client will be referred to another web designer.
Alternatively, the client can experiment building the website on their own and purchase add-ons below for complex functions.
If the client wishes to start, he/she will provide all images, video links and content of the website, including product listing descriptions and copywriting.
The client will make a 50% deposit of the total service value (e.g. basic Shopify + 5 product listings = $450 x 50% = $225) to commence the project within 3 working days upon receiving the 1st invoice.
After the website is completed, the client will review and send feedback. Unlimited revisions are provided only on their first month.
Once the website is completed, the client will pay the remaining balance within 3 working days upon receiving the 2nd invoice.
For further revisions in the subsequent months, the client has to pay $100 for a month.
