Katsukin Takamura is a felt artist who makes handmade felt sculptures and hand-drawn felt-textured digital illustrations. She enjoys creating Surrealist subjects with Maximalist elements to utilise the full surface of her miniature figures available here. Her handmade characters are 1cm to 4 cm in height. Her standing sculptures are 10 - 30cm. She also designs repeating patterns that are printed on merchandise on RedBubble, SUZURI, and Contrado. Merging both handcrafted and digital works, she produced a series of mixed media digital art sold as prints on Artrepreneur and Saatchi Art. When you click through the 'Purchase Here' button, you will be led to AirWallex payment page. You may tick the box 'Also email me a payment receipt'. You will be asked to fill in your shipping address and contact number in case of any courier delays or error. After filling in your personal information, you will be able to choose your payment method, namely Credit Card, Google Pay, Kakao Pay, DANA, Touch n' Go, AliPay. You will receive email updates when your order is shipped with tracking number.

Original sculptures and paintings

You will receive an invoice to pay for your shipping separately upon purchase. Due to the unique size and weight of each work, the shipping price depends on your location. The artwork will be dispatch as soon as the shipping fee is paid.

Prints and merchandise

Yes, shipping price is included. For orders below $50, your package will be shipped via Standard Delivery. For orders above $50, your package will be automatically upgraded to Registered Delivery with tracking number.

Please note that KTTM artworks are unique and delicate, so we need time to package them carefully. The estimated processing time is 1 to 2 business days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays).

Estimated standard delivery: 4-9 business days

Estimated registered delivery: 7-14 business days

We are unable to control any external factors such as global issues/weather conditions/courier errors that may cause shipping delays, but you will receive email updates so you will be able to estimate your package's arrival.

If you have made your payment but changed your mind, please email to our customer service at info@katsukintakamura.com with 24 hours upon purchase for cancellation. For example, you completed your payment at 8:00am (+9:00 GMT), please email to us to cancel your order before 8:00am the next day.

If you wanted to change order, please email to us within 24 hours upon purchase with the name of the artwork you want to purchase.

After the 24 hours mark, cancellation with full refund or change of order will not be eligible. Once your order has been processed and shipped off by the courier, no full or partial refund will be issued. We seek your understanding and cooperation. 

If your order has a defect such as broken or missing parts, please email to our customer service at info@katsukintakamura.com with 24 hours upon purchase with photo of the said defect. If the visual proof provided is not substantial and/or if you've missed the 24 hours mark, no full or partial refund will be eligible. Thank you for adhering to our policies.
