Is shipping included in this subscription?
Yes, the listed price includes shipping for both domestic and international delivery. *Orders above USD50 is automatically upgraded to registered mail with tracking number. Orders below USD50 will be shipped as standard delivery.
What type of payments do you accept?
When you click through the 'Subscribe' button, you will be led to PayPal log in page. You may choose to 'Pay with Debit or Credit Card' if you do not have a PayPal account. You will be asked to fill in your shipping address and contact number in case of any courier delays or error. After filling in your personal information, please check your shipping address is correct and click 'Confirm and Subscribe'. You will receive email updates when your order is shipped.
How long is delivery?
Please note that KTTM artworks are unique and delicate, so we need time to package them carefully. The estimated processing time is 1 to 2 business days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays).
Estimated standard delivery: 4-9 business days
Estimated registered delivery: 7-14 business days
We are unable to control any external factors such as global issues/weather conditions/courier errors that may cause shipping delays, but you will receive email updates so you will be able to estimate your package's arrival.
What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your subscription anytime. Once cancelled, you won’t be charged further.
Payments are made at the beginning of the billing cycle.
Physical subscription items will be delivered on the 28th of each month. If you do not wish to receive the item of the month, please cancel before the last day of the month.

What is your REFUND policy?
If your order has a defect such as broken or missing parts, please email to our customer service at info@katsukintakamura.com with 24 hours upon purchase with photo of the said defect. If the visual proof provided is not substantial and/or if you've missed the 24 hours mark, no full or partial refund will be eligible. Thank you for adhering to our policies.
